Thank you for choosing to apply for the Liquidation with us.

You will be asked for details about the company such as its name, its A.C.N., the director’s and shareholder’s names, and details about the company’s assets and creditors.

Please have these details handy to make the process easier.

Our online Liquidation process is only available for:

• a company registered with ASIC if it owes its creditors less than $1m.
• If your company owes its creditors more than $1m please call 1800 981 070 to discuss your options.

We charge a director’s contribution of $5,500 (including GST) which is a contribution towards the costs of the liquidation.

Payment is required by credit card, as part of this process, to finalise the application.
